Deemed "Spa Visionary" by Spa Magazine, Loma Alexander sets trends based on her extensive knowledge and experience in the spa industry. Loma has been involved in developing luxury resort spas and operating independent spa concessions within hotels for more than 20 years.

Loma is recognized for her ability to animate, to motivate and inspire people to provide excellent guest service and work together in an atmosphere of mutual caring and respect.

Inspired by Deborah Szekely, she held the first knowledge network at ISPA to initiate the conversation to Green the Spa Industry. Loma's passion for the environment led the way for ISPA to create a committee devoted to sustainable awareness. She is currently on the membership committee for Green Spa Network.

In 2009 Conde Nast's readers survey "Top 79 Spas", two of Loma's spa menus were rated in the top tier for Treatments. The Inn at Palmetto Bluff received a score of 100 for Treatments; only one other spa achieved this rating in 2009. Calistoga Ranch received a score of 96.9 for Treatments.
